Seller Information

Membership fees must be up-to-date and paid in full prior to the clothing sale. Your current membership card or photo I.D. is required for any participation in the sale. 

Member shopping times are for current registered members only. Any member who needs assistance during member shopping shall notify the current Clothing Sale Coordinator prior to the sale to make the appropriate arrangements.

Payment Form And Restrictions:

Sales are cash & debit for the public. Members may pay by cash, cheque or debit.

No strollers allowed by members or the public. If an exception is made and authorized by the Coordinator (usually for physical handicap) then that stroller will be checked by a designated person.

Member Shopping:

Members shop from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. with current membership card or photo I.D. Early shopping ends at 8:30 a.m. to clear the cash and ensure set-up is complete for the public.

Clothing Sale Coordinators and active MPOMBA volunteers shop on Friday night, after set-up and quality check. These members will be identified by the Coordinator. No other exceptions will be made.

Participation in the Sale and Member Shopping by Sister Clubs:

Members of other POMBA groups may shop with our members on Saturday morning if they can demonstrate current membership in a sister club. However, they cannot sell at MPOMBA clothing sales.
